Reflexology
Reflexology is a powerful practice that uses targeted pressure on your feet to help release tension throughout your entire body. By working on specific reflex points, it can soothe your nervous system, reduce stress, and restore a sense of balance from the inside out.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy. It is not used to diagnose illnesses or conditions.
Treatment time typically last around 1 hour.
For first appointments please allow up to 2 hours.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy harnesses the natural power of essential oils to help you feel your best. It's a simple, yet effective way to relax your mind, ease tension, and restore emotional balance.
Aromatherapy massage uses long, flowing movements to relax muscles and improve circulation.
This gentle technique encourages detoxification by stimulating the lymphatic system.
Utilising customised Aromatherapy blends, essential oils are selected based on your specific needs, from relaxation to revitalisation.
Treatment time typically last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

Reiki
Reiki is a deeply relaxing therapy that helps you find inner peace and calm. By gently placing hands on or just above the body, I guide energy to clear blockages and restore balance, leaving you with a profound sense of wellbeing and renewed vitality.
A stand alone therapy or combine with Aromatherapy massage for the ultimate experience.
Aroma-Reiki, 30 minutes upper body massage and 30 minutes Reiki.
