Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• When you make an enquiry regarding a suitable treatment e.g. via my website contact form or directly via telephone/email communication
• For us to provide a safe and effective complementary health treatment.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide a safe and effective treatment that meets our clients expectations.

We do not share this information with any third parties / organisation (unless required by law).

We keep your personal information as listed in this policy for a minimum of 5 years, as clients can often return for treatment after a period of absence. If you as a client are no longer seeking treatment after 5 years, then your information is disposed of securely (via secure shredding/digitally erased).
