Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment with Ash and Elder Wellbeing. 

Appointments

By booking an appointment, you agree to my Terms and Conditions.

  • This includes participating in a pre-treatment consultation where you will be asked to disclose any relevant medical or lifestyle information.
  • To ensure your safety and the well-being of our staff and other clients, we ask that you contact me to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following: a cough, fever, or an active infection.
  • If you arrive with a condition or symptom that is considered a contraindication for treatment, we reserve the right to postpone your appointment until medical advice has been sought."

     

Business Hours

  • At Ash and Elder I do not have set working hours/ days of the week.
  • I have a set number of appointments available each month, this allows me to create evening and weekend appointments to ensure we are making every effort to improve accessibility for your well-being needs. This will vary month to month.
  • To check availability, see my Facebook and Instagram pages. However, these are subject to change- it is always best to message me directly via WhatsApp.  

Fees

  • I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.
  • Payment can be made via - Cash, Bank Transfer, Card

Deposits

    As requested by my existing clients, I have introduced a deposit scheme.

    • This is a 50% non-refundable deposit of the usual appointment fee from all clients.
    • Appointments are only confirmed/ scheduled once the deposit has been paid.
    • The remainder to be paid on the day of your appointment.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
    • Therefore, if you are unable to make your appointment, I request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice.
    • Your appointment can be rescheduled once without losing your deposit.
    • Any subsequent appointments will require another deposit when booking.

     

    We understand that unexpected events can prevent you from attending your appointment. However, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our small business. We kindly ask for your cooperation by providing as much notice as possible.

     

    Vouchers

      • I supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments. These may be given as gifts.
      • Please note the expiry date on the vouchers
      • These vouchers can-not be redeemed for cash.
      • These vouchers are non-refundable

       


      Loyalty Scheme

        • This loyalty scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or offer.
        • The loyalty scheme is a discretionary offer and is not a permanent feature of our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scheme at any time and without prior notice.
        • As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive a 30% discount on one single treatment at your 6th visit. Please note this discount cannot be applied to combination treatments.
